6th Annual Neighbors Helping Neighbors Luncheon

Tuesday, June 16th, 2026

North Brooklyn Angels has served over 750,000 meals since inception. We’re a volunteer-driven organization, mobilizing hundreds of local community members each year to address food insecurity through our mobile soup kitchen and community programs.

We are thrilled to honor:

William Lynn, Business Manager and Financial Secretary, IUOE Local 30

A tireless advocate for working families, William Lynn has spent more than three decades shaping New York’s labor movement - rising from apprentice to Business Manager of IUOE Local 30 and Vice President of the NYS AFL-CIO. His leadership across the region’s most influential labor councils reflects an unwavering commitment to the rights and dignity of workers at every level.

Elaine Brodsky, Chair, North Brooklyn Chamber

A pioneering entrepreneur and civic leader, Elaine Brodsky co-founded CitiStorage, LLC, which grew into the largest independent, privately-owned single-location records storage company in the United States - recognized nationally for its employee-centered culture and her recognition as a 2006 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. As Chair of the North Brooklyn Chamber, she continues to champion local business and civic life across North Brooklyn.
